Terms of Use for Meeting Organizer

Welcome to Meeting Organizer, a Slack application developed by Sergei Suslov, based in Georgia ("We", "Us", "Our", or "Company"). By installing or using the Meeting Organizer application ("App" or "Service"), you ("User" or "You") agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not install or use the App.

1. Description of Service

Meeting Organizer is a Slack application designed to help users organize calendar events with video calls directly from Slack. The application considers the availability of all participants and provides users with suitable time slots for events.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must be at least 16 years old. If you are under the age of 16, you may not use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements.

3. Installation and Use

The App can be installed into a Slack workspace. By installing the App, you grant us permission to access and use your Slack workspace data as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Free and Paid Versions

The Service is currently offered free of charge. However, we reserve the right to introduce a paid version with additional features in the future. We will notify you of any changes to the pricing structure and provide you with the option to continue using the free version or upgrade to the paid version.

5. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when installing and using the App.
  • Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service;
  • Any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through the Service by any third party;
  • Any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Service.

If You have any concern or dispute about the Service, You agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the Company.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
