Meeting Organizer is owned by Sergei Suslov, based in Georgia. (referred to as "I", "Me", "Our" or "We"). As a customer of this service, you're a "User" or "You" according to this policy. The applications or any services offered by us will be referred to as "Meeting Organizer", "App", "Website" or "Service".
How does Meeting Organizer collect data about me?
Meeting Organizer collects data about you:
- When you browse the Meeting Organizer website, https://meeting-organizer.app
- When you install a Meeting Organizer application
- When you connect Google accounts to the Meeting Organizer application
- When you send support, privacy, legal, and other requests to us
- When working with and researching current and potential customers
What data does Meeting Organizer collect about me, and why?
Meeting Organizer collects your ID and the ID of your workspace in Slack when you install the app and periodically after installation. Additionally, we collect email addresses of Slack users in your workspace to have a default email for all users, even if they have not configured their default emails in the App. We collect user and team IDs to identify users within our system and users’ timezones to show available time slots in the correct timezone.
Meeting Organizer collects Google authorization tokens when you connect a Google account on the configuration page of the App to look up events in your calendar and exclude occupied time slots from available periods to organize events. We collect the data about events you created to better understand our users and their needs and keep track of how many events have been created. This information is also used to check if you exceed your usage plan.
Meeting Organizer collects the data you enter on the configuration page, including:
- Default email
- Availability hours
- Timezone
- Email addresses of all calendars that you have connected
We do this to:
- Parse calendar events for better time search
- Check availability time for better time search
- Add users to events using the configured default email

Slack Permissions We Request
- Write to chats (Slack documentation) to write informational messages to users.
- Get the list of your workspace users (Slack documentation (users:read)/Slack documentation (team:read)) to keep track of who you can create events with.
- Read your workspace users' emails (Slack documentation) to have a default email to organize events. The default email is set for all users of the app installation and equals the user's email in their Slack account.
- Display slash commands (Slack documentation (commands)) for easier access to app features.

- userinfo.email: To see your primary Google Account email address for calendar identification.
- calendar.events: To view and create events on your connected calendars.
- calendar: To view the list of existing calendars.
